Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the ongoing pandemic, several suppliers and couriers are understandably experiencing delays. This naturally has a knock on effect to our dispatch and delivery times. Please bear with us at this time, as this may mean some orders will be dispatched/delivered later than usual, but we will do our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

All our candles are sent with via reputable AU mail couriers and our aim is to dispatch all orders within 2-5 working days subject to stock availability. Please note that on rare occasions, personalised items may take a little longer.  If you require an urgent order, please email us and we can let you know what we have available to ship.
